As I was in the early days of developing the Life, Liberty, And Pursuit Of Happiness Project (LLPHP), it felt like something was missing. It was more than the fact that the LLPHP was just a dream hoping to become a side hustle. Something was missing from the equation. The LLPHP was here to help and empower you to build your best life. But how?

Then one day, I looked at this growing industry I kept hearing about: Life Coaching.

The more I looked into what Life Coaching was all about, the more I realized, this is it! Coaching is the missing piece!

As a Coach, my role is to help and empower you to grow, learn, and overcome specific challenges as you create and build your best life. As a Preparedness Coach specifically, I can help and empower you to protect the life you’ve built and your loved ones .

In the LLPHP Prepare To Protect Coaching Program, you will:

  • Evaluate what disasters and emergencies are most likely to happen in your area so you can prepare specifically for them
  • Take stock of what knowledge, skills, abilities, and supplies you already have that can help after a disaster
  • Make a plan for food storage and preparation so you have food that’s safe to eat after a disaster
  • Make a plan for water storage so you have clean, safe water to drink after a disaster
  • Craft a communications plan that fits your life so you can let your loved ones know that you’re okay and where you are
  • Make your home safer in general and in case of a disaster
  • Determine where you and your loved ones will evacuate to if you have to evacuate, and how you’ll get there
  • Learn about defending yourself and your loved ones
  • Learn CPR and First Aid skills that can save lives
  • and more!
